The Leadership & Vision Award (L&V 2010) is an international recognition of leaders in the field of education who have implemented programs that promote the effective infusion of technology into instruction that reflects the skills, knowledge and experience that are essential for success in the 21st century global economy. The Kathy Schrock Digital Pioneer Award is an honor given by teachers to teachers recognizing the importance of modeling risk-taking, problem-solving, creativity and collaboration. The recipients are life-long learners who are successful at making the journey from the industrial age to the information age and at providing rich learning environments for students preparing to live and work in the 21st century.
