C3 - The CRSTE CyberConference 2010 February 21 – March 5, 2010
The CRSTE CyberConference 2010 (C3) is our first online event free to all educators promoting the exchange of ideas and opportunities for collaboration across the CRSTE region and beyond. Each evening and all-day weekends between February 21 – March 5, 2010, 52 different sessions across seven strands of high interest topics will be presented live by respected leaders and expert practitioners in the field, including Kathy Schrock, Doug Johnson, Dara Feldman, Gail Lovely and Ian Jukes. Ongoing asynchronous blog and wiki activities will be presented throughout the twelve days of the conference by Allison Kipta, Cyndy Woods-Wilson, Dr. Thomas Armstrong, Chris O'Neal, harry Tetteh and Christina Parsons Bentheim. CHeck in daily and make the most of this empowering PD event!
Registration opens on the CRSTE site beginning Friday, January 29, 2010. There is no charge to participate. In fact, everyone who attends will help to make this a professional learning network that will thrive long after the end of the conference! Plan to attend any and all sessions of interest to you. CRSTE North Tier Spring 2010 Online Course Catalog Now Available As partners with CRSTE, the North Tier consortium of northern Virginia school districts is offering online courses to CRSTE members beginning February 1st for the low cost of $100 per course. Each course is facilitated by Ed Tech Leaders Online. These courses are project- and standards-based and include seven online sessions, including readings and videos, activities, and facilitated peer-to-peer collaborative discussions.
